Unknown maker to me 
I've seen this type of flip cap economy style lantern that uses a tubular globe before.
Quite a few companies made them to compete with the every growing popular Hotblast tubular lantern.
I have however , have never seen this particular model before , has recognizable features to me to even guess a maker.
I can say it's circa 1880s due to the globe height of 6 -5/8 
Condition - excellent 
Great patina , smooth clean unrestored tin
One sangster clip on the fount has been resoldered.
