It is non model marked , but is clear this model was the tooling for the new Dietz Queen.
11 Patent dates on bottom read from 1881 to 1893 
Features an attached hinged guard / splash shield, apparatus bail hook, and a blue KOPP made globe 
Globe is only marked with a K in a circle .
Nickel plated brass is far better than the later Dietz made Queens , that are always cracked.

Condition - very good, no stress cracks visible.
Nickel plate is about 75% Remaining.
No visible  working condition issues.
Great to display as is , or a good candidate for new nickel plating.
