The "OK" Tubular 
Features a very unique bracket to be used on a round pole .
(Only one I've ever seen)
Good possibility it is a custom order and factory made, no doubt with the patina that its original to the frame.

Possibly mill used with the old red paint rements, no tilt arm installed .
2 intentional holes on the skirt,  for some kind of fastening. 

Globe is a 6.5 height with a backwards number 2 mold mark 
Brass burner and cap , brass 9/16 fuel cap with original paper gasket intact.

Condition  - excellent with no rusting or pitting present. 
Excellent remaining patina of red paint and smooth clean gray tin.

No visible condition issues
