Maker - Railroad Signal Lamp and lantern 
Model - economy candle model that utilizes a 6 3/8 tubular globe. 
Circa - late 1870s?
Has an 1865 L.F. Betts patent date on the chimney cap 
Condition - Original black jappaning showing thru,  tin is in good condition with no heavy rust or pitting. 
Candle fount is  threaded and spring loaded
Back clip is for a buckboard dash and more
