Made by the Nail City Lantern CompanyThis is an early 1880s model made by them  named the Imperial Crank It is a no filler spout model ( you pour kero thru the burner chamber)Simple yet elegant design.Globe is embossed Rodefer Burner thumbwheel is marked Lovell coCondition - very good metal , no heavy rusting or pitting. Has some kind of old orange finish on it which is mostly gone.The lower tubes connecting to the fount could use some solder touch up.The lift arm is missing the pot metal molded button tab ( commonly missing on these.)** has not  been oil  tested **
