Only mark is on the bottom of fount / skirt.
It is marked No.39 , from the design features it is safe to say this is a Kelly Co made No39.
Originally appears it was nickel over brass but has less than 25% of nickel remaining. 
Fount is made of tin, with brass top  and is fixed .
Big over extended bail is soldered inside together,  ( it is not just  sticking out of the eyelets ) features a steel wire gripped handle,  must likely for Steamer use.

Clear unmarked No.39 globe 

Condition  - overall very good besides the nickel wear, all the solder joints are tight .
No visible cracks or major damage.
