Heavy duty constructed made model .
Original traffic yellow paint
Brass round wick push in burner and globe plate. 
Unmaked red globe 
Stamped IHD on the lid . ( possibly something Highway Department.)

Condition - very good, unrestored condition.
Original paint, burner and plate are free and working.
Only noticeable condition issue is some edge wear to the filler cap.
No visible working conditions.
