Edward Miller Company was not well known for its lanterns, and really not known  for its tubular  lanterns.
I only know of 4 variations of this model mostly seen in tin.
Thisis a solid brass tubular lantern with a tin bottom.
  WARM Blast construction tubes .
The air circulates and exits thru the top of tube ears that act as vents.

Globe is an iridescent Red flashed, under light as shown , it appears blue .

Condition- excellent, no visible cracks in the brass.
Excellent overall untouched patina.
Bottom tin is solid with light surface rust.
No visible working conditions.
