Dietz Blizzard No2 mill

No signs this was ever a red painted mill like most are found.
Features a lockable cage and lift to prevent watchman or workers from accessing the flame for safety purposes. 
These mill lanterns also have an anti spill chamber inside incase they are knocked over.
Bail lock ears .
This lantern is near mint with lots of tinning remaining. 
Has a bullseye in the globe plate , Blizzard coldblast marked globe , and a unique wooden wrapped oversized bail.

Only condition issue is a small dent to the front under filler.
