Globe is strongly cast No.0 Perfect DL&SCo Rochester, N.Y.

No.0 Perfect finger lift model , frame is completely unmarked other than the 1899-1903 patent dates located on the center tube.

Condition - excellent,  Appears to be New old stock / unfired condition.
Original blue Japanning intact.
No visible damage or issues , a real top shelf piece !
