Dressel, Arlington, NJ railroad lantern top marked "CITY OF NEW YORK" quite possibly could be from the IND Subway line as this was a City of New York operation. I have seen other City of New York lanterns that were used in street excavations but never a railroad type like this which is why I believe it is from the IND line.

Bright tinned fount with brass bayonet convex burner.

Condition  - Near mint condition , looks barely used if any.
Bright tin plating still intact.
No condition issues present.
