This tip back design was sued by Dietz for infringement against the Dietz "OK" tubular 
Unsure how long the production made it to on this model , but it is seldom seen.

Globe is a strong cast Hams No.0 Tubular 

Condition  - lantern is clean smooth tin , no heavy rusting or pitting present. 
Does have a dent on the backside of lower fount connector tube.
Bottom is clean and solid  has tinning showing but some rust spots showing may show future issues if not protected.
