Made by C.T. Ham 
Model is called the " Empire" although not stamped Empire. 1st generation model.
Fount is stamped on back C.T. HAM MFG. CO
On the back dash portion reads Patent Applied for , which indicates this was made before patent office approval. 

Features - Ham patented bullseye globe 1882,87 dates.
Mercury reflector,  correct tall cone and burner.

Condition  - excellent,  smooth clean tin with no rusting or pitting present. 
Reflector does have normal wear loss for its age.
No lose solder , damage or dents.
Shelf ready condition.
