Brass Tubular  No.10 
Made by S.G.& L. Co and sold by Dietz 
This is an innovative warm blast lantern of the time , making use of both hotblast and the soon to be coldblast technology.
The BT10 was produced between 1881 - 1887 , and was marketed as an indoor use or ladies lantern.
Small in size and very elegant looking.

Condition  - Very good 
fuel cap is a modern replacement.
Brass has a nice patina overall , bottom tin is solid. 
Arrow pointing to patent dates lightly stamped.
Another arrow points to a slight crimp dent to the back of lower tube.
Small dent in the skirt .
The pull lift is workingon this one ( most are stuck up in the globe release position)
