Sumner Sargent's 1861 fixed globe 
Very nice barn fresh condition,  smooth tin , no rust.
The tiniest split in the brass top as pictured .
Burner is unique to these frames and often missing or replaced. 
Long stem acess to adjust on the outside with sliding door closed.
Burner marked for Edward Miller Meriden CT.
