I have an unusual Adams & Westlake electric light. It is, I believe, made of brass and chrome. The brass facing is 7 1/2 inches tall and 5 inches wide. When you push a button on the face, the lamp, which is spring-loaded, pivots out, revealing the light. When it opens, an electrical contact is made and the light turns on. There was a tag on the device which read "Pullman," so the light may have been used on a Pullman car, or at least someone thought so. I tried contacting Adams & Westlake in September 2018 but they did not respond. I would be most grateful for any ideas as to when and how it was used and what it might be worth. Thanks very much! I sold my lamp on eBay. The purchaser confirmed that it was from a Pullman railway car. That is the only information I was ever able to find. I think I sold it for about $85-90.
